Rainer stands for over 20 years of tax advising and tax accounting for medium sized and small companies resp. freelancer. Above the usual scope of tax advising he does tax consulting for cross-border structures for companies as well as for international private tax payers. In addition he is our specialist for inheritance tax.

You have started your business, now what? From the moment you register your business you must take major tax decisions. We provide you with straightforward and clear advice to answer your questions, so mistakes are avoided.
We support preparing your tax returns, or we take full responsibility for completing your returns.
From requesting a tax number through the monthly and annual returns as well as further tax obligations – we take comprehensive care of your tax compliance and fulfill your responsibilities strictly on time. Additionally, we are prepared to handle all correspondence with the tax authorities on your behalf.
We prepare financial statements in line with HGB (german commercial code) and provide the corresponding tax balance sheet.
If necessary, we also take care of your obligation to publish financial information in the Federal Gazette.
We can support you on an interim basis, on-site or remotely, in all areas relating to finance, bookkeeping, payroll accounting and tax returns.
We are happy to support on short notice, if necessary.
We provide support during tax audits (income tax, VAT, wage tax, social security, etc.) and represent your interests towards the authorities.
We sign responsible for the following tasks, either as individual assignments or in combination, both on temporary and permanent basis:
- Financial accounting with or without payment transactions
- Monthly returns (e. g. VAT advance payments)
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Cost accounting and monthly reporting activities for internal or external use
- Payroll accounting for up to 500 employees
We work on our system or we can work remotely on yours, if preferred. All transactions are compliant with data protection regulations.
Germany often requires other reporting duties which are unfamiliar to non-German clients, like e.g. legal notifications in transparency registers, the federal statistics register or federal bank register.
We provide advice suiting your individual situation and handle any reporting at request.
