Tax returns
We support preparing your tax returns, or we take full responsibility for completing your returns. From requesting a tax number through the monthly and annual returns as well as further tax obligations - we take comprehensive care of your tax compliance and fulfill your responsibilities strictly on time. Additionally, we are prepared to handle all correspondence with the tax authorities on your behalf.
Financial Statements
We prepare financial statements in line with HGB (german commercial code) and provide the corresponding tax balance sheet. If necessary, we also take care of your obligation to publish financial information in the Federal Gazette.
Project Management
We can support you on an interim basis, on-site or remotely, in all areas relating to finance, bookkeeping, payroll accounting and tax returns.
We are happy to support on short notice, if necessary.
Tax Audits
We provide support during tax audits (income tax, VAT, wage tax, social security, etc.) and represent your interests towards the authorities.

Sonstige Other reporting duties
Germany often requires other reporting duties which are unfamiliar to non-German clients, like e.g. legal notifications in transparency registers, the federal statistics register or federal bank register. We provide advice suiting your individual situation and handle any reporting at request.

Our office is located at Stiglmaierplatz at the intersection of Nymphenburger Straße, Dachauer Straße, Seidlstraße and Brienner Straße and across from the famous Löwenbräukeller.

We have a parking space for guests available in the parking garage underneath our building. Simply let us know in advance and we reserve the parking spot for you. The garage can be accessed from Seidlstraße 27.
Munich Central Station is only five minutes by taxi / rental car away from our office. Alternatively, take the U1 (subway) towards Olympiazentrum or the U7 (subway) towards Rotkreuzplatz for one stop and exit at Stiglmaierplatz.
Munich Airport is only a 30 minute drive away from our office by taxi / rental car. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train: Either S8 train towards Geltendorf, or the S1 train towards Ostbahnhof. Simply exit at Munich Central Station, then either take a taxi or a 10 minute walk, following Dachauer Straße until you reach the intersection of Nymphenburger Straße, Dachauer Straße, Seidlstraße and Brienner Straße.
Once there turn towards Nymphenburger Str. 1, enter the building and take the elevator to the 2nd floor (nameplate in elevator).
